چکیده
Electric double-layer capacitors (EDLCs) that store electrical energy in the interface between an electrolyte and a solid electrode are favorable storage systems demonstrate high-power density, excellent cycle stability, low environmental impact. To increase operating voltage improve capacitance of EDLCs, it is essential to investigate relationship degradation process structural properties activated carbon. In current study, we used scanning electrochemical cell microscopy (SECCM) assess site-specific mechanisms caused by decomposition. simplify carbon, highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) as model substrate distinguish edge basal planes The mobile nanoscale provides local cyclic voltammetry (CV) examine difference at HOPG. SECCM's can suppress impact capacitive therefore be clearly measure associated with CV measurements directly exposed reaction occurred plane positive potential range.

Topographical and electrochemical nanoscale imaging of living cells using voltage-switching mode scanning electrochemical microscopy.
We describe voltage-switching mode scanning electrochemical microscopy (VSM-SECM), in which a single SECM tip electrode was used to acquire high-quality topographical and electrochemical images of living cells simultaneously. This was achieved by switching the applied voltage so as to change the faradaic current from a hindered diffusion feedback signal (for distance control and topographical i...

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
